CHILL OUT

The Umbrella Girls do all sorts of cool things to build their self-esteem and feel confident. One thing they have in common is they all Meditate. They love to find a quiet place in nature or in their bedroom that makes them feel happy and calm.
Once they get comfy in their special spot, they close their eyes, do some gentle breathing and let themselves feel more relaxed with each new breath. Sometimes they even listen to cool guided meditation tracks like this Belly Breath and Chill Out meditation below.
